About Andrea

The work has always been about people.

Long before coaching had a name here, Andrea was helping people navigate pressure, planning, and possibility. Her career has always centered on building stronger human foundations.

After graduating from Michigan State University, she built early experience in talent and workforce development, helping people think more clearly about growth, alignment, and next steps. In 2017, she made a deliberate shift into financial services after recognizing a growing gap in trustworthy guidance and practical support.

That move was never just about money. It was about stress, stability, and making sure people left conversations with more confidence than they brought in.

Her lens

Planning is a form of care.

Andrea’s philosophy is simple and powerful: it is easier to change a plan than not have one. That belief shows up in every conversation. You do not need to have it all figured out to begin. You just need a grounded starting point.

She listens first.

Especially for women who are used to being interrupted, dismissed, or coached over, Andrea creates a space that feels collaborative from the first minute.

She thinks structurally.

Her background in economic development and strategic planning means she naturally sees systems, patterns, and leverage points others miss.

She moves toward usefulness.

No empty inspiration. No performative self-help. The goal is always a better relationship with your time, energy, decisions, and direction.
